Detroit Resident Sentenced for Selling Guns and Drugs at the Martin Luther King Homes
Antoine Owens, 25, of Detroit was sentenced to 60 months’ imprisonment today by U.S. District Court Judge Paul D. Borman.
Mr. Owens was sentenced to prison following his guilty pleas to selling firearms and crack cocaine in and around the Martin Luther King Homes housing project. In addition to his 5 year prison term, the district judge ordered Mr. Owens not to reside within Martin Luther King Homes after he is released.
The case was prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Jeanine Jones. The case was investigated by the FBI and ATF.
